Did he lose his job or something I don't know Did he end up getting fired Well I don't know He was living on the back lot He pissed off Joey Reynolds to the fact that I think Joey was going to kill him I remember that Just like I don't know what they were smoking or drinking back then You could go around They were a legend in their own minds man Some guys walking around there There were some supervisors you could walk in and the guy was all bloody and whatever You know I can't go just don't say shit You just tripped a few times Yeah and they were good with it There were other sergeants going Well how'd you get that blood again That motherfucker Or what you did though If you knew that was coming you'd wipe him down You'd say all right relax man Don't piss this guy off because he doesn't like the certain you know whatever you would say And as soon as it came out of his mouth the guy would say it And you remember I can't remember the one sergeant He'd get up and go oh slapped the dog shit out of you Sergeant Faber Yeah Sergeant John Faber Little white cop man just Good guy man Yeah but he'd go I'll smack the dog shit out of you Get him on the hood Get him on the hood man And one guy would start mouthing off That's exactly what he was saying Good guy Remember Dennis Honor Sergeant Honor I don't know if you were there I don't think so we were on graveyard and you know he was always you could tell his his wheels were turning man and he was a smoker and you know we would be in briefing And he would have one cigarette in his mouth you know and he'd be conducting briefing and then he'd light up another cigarette and put that one down And then he'd forget how in the hell did I light up both cigarettes I was sitting in the front row as a rookie then when he was there man It was funny you know watching You go what the hell is wrong with this guy This place does drive you crazy after this many years Yeah You know I can see I can see And you know you have Of course everything was run by the chief of police who was also run by the Board of Super Well not called the Board of Supervisors
