Truth. Nothing like walking into a job everyday and negative vibes just hit you through the doorway. It’s hard to stay motivated and work hard, when you feel everyone around you is taking advantage of the “workhorse” mentality. It drains the soul.

“I don’t believe in positive thoughts… I believe in intelligence..” I wanted to HATE this take, until I heard his follow up. Made me realize that we must have negative thoughts to not only give us perspective, but justify these healthy and happy feelings. Yin and Yang.

If they burnt me before I'm definitely going to be thinking more negative the next time they're not on time or whatever situation we're dealing with at said moment that gives you that uneasy gut feeling we all know too well.

be yourselves people.. our anger or depression is a sign to us of what to avoid etc.. it's not good to suppress our feelings, it's best to pay attention to them and to adjust course
if you feel depressed don't just avoid feeling it.. try to focus on building what you want to get closer to
Robbins SOUNDS confident but his personal life has been a real mess quite often so maybe just be yourselves and trust your own feelings and opinions
