Very good video explaining all the details needed to make your own blocks.
How long does it take the blocks to cure to be used on a house? Also many of the blocks that I have seen are too soft. They break apart too easily. If you drop them it will break apart in many pieces. That is why I am learning how to do this myself and make a better block.

Thank you for your generous appraisal, truly appreciated! Please pardon the very delayed response, been really busy with pressing matter and only now I can reply.
That was true several years back when CHBs were really so breakable, nowadays it has improved a lot. Good decision on creating your own blocks especially if you have so much requirement, making them to your specs will prove to be smarter once you have determined how to tweak the strength of the CHBs to your intended utility.
The curing ensures that the potential strength of the concrete mixture is attained, that is how I see it. Take this as an example, we just talk about concrete mixture not CHBs for the purpose of discussion, the usage of the mixture dictates the strength, as I have mentioned in the video, if the intention is for load bearing or non-load bearing, for flooring, for steps or for kitchen counter, these requires more concrete strength than let's say for a half-height concrete and glass wall partition. In other words, the mixture of 1:1:1 with full curing will be more durable than a 1:2:6 with full curing, to put it roughly.

may naoorder kami nun manipis malaki butas. saka pag binuhat ng isang kamay nadudurog. dapat dahan dahan using 2 hands. yung ibang workers kasi pag hinakot dalawa tig isang kamay. your blocks looks strong, makapal dahil maliit butas and siksik.

i am in Manila right now and my e-files are not with me, maybe i can help in other ways. do you need it for comparison lang or as a guide? as far as i am concerned, as i mentioned in the video, i think it is best to start from scratch, maraming variables and i think it will be better if the scope of your study is within the confines of your particular situation.

try to research online muna kung ano ang available malapit sa lugar kung saan kayo, itong nabili ko ay sa Pampanga, along the way lang from Manila going to Illocos Sur. after that puede mo na itanonng mga iba pang detalye. ang importante yung availability and cost of the chb maker machine within your vicinity and ofcourse within your budget. maraming available from mano-mano to de-motoor.
