In live concerts Jimin has the strongest voice. His voice just fills the stadium. I was shocked when I heard his voice live, it’s more powerful than in recordings. Recently K Armys who attended local music show pre recording said the same. I was expecting V voice to be strong too but it’s surprisingly the quietest and not so strong. Music critic Kim Youngdae said Jimin’s voice is the most important auditory element of BTS’s sound and compares him to the legendary Michael Jackson. Without Jimin’s voice BTS songs would sound like any other kpop boy band songs. Higher pitched sounds hit your ears harder and appear to be more powerful as it has more oscillations per seconds in a given amount of time than lower pitched sounds. The lyrics video with the ways to pronounce it in Korean help a lot but this one you picked was so pretty! I hadn’t seen it before. Also V and Jimin are self declared (by themselves) “soulmates” and best friends who were in the same grade and school in Hs but also have had some of the biggest most dramatic fights of the group. BTS concerts are just something else. They are so good live; even them vibing on stage is entertaining. This concert looks like it’s in Japan, and Japan’s live sound engineering is simply top notch. For such a big open air stadium, the sound balancing is out of this world.
I noticed that the sound was better during their Japanese concert. But also the crowd is much more "quiet" in Japan so maybe it does participated to hear their voices better. And i think it is in Japan because at the end of the song we can hear them speak in Japanese.

I am a fluent English speaker, but I still sing the song in its Korean version in my head. Its like- I can hear each of the members voices in my head and a part of my subconscious mind automatically translate it at the same time. But I also get you, Bcoz I do that for some songs like 'lie' by Jimin. Also I just vibe to some of their songs, since i already like the tune/beat/meaning.

I witnessed this amazing song at MetLife stadium RM asked to use flashlight on cell phone to make stadium look like stars in galaxy. 7 billion stars are all of us are part of this galaxy we are all connected. There wasn’t a dry eye among my family. I was there with my daughter and twin granddaughters. I hear the songs in Korean and love it that way.

Did you catch the line about "not stars but people. We shinin"? The view of the crowd, where it's literally just a sea of lights, is why BTS compares ARMY to stars and galaxies so often. From the stage, that's pretty much what ARMY looks like. BTS usually ends their concerts with what they call ARMY time. They sing one of their songs that's a direct message to ARMY and every single ARMY in the crowd holds up s sign with s slogan for the boys to read. Usually messages of love and support. Mikrokosmos is one of those ending songs. And yes, JK has a lot of parts. He's their main vocalist. It's a lot of pressure and a lot of responsibility. He's actually able to sub for each member, if necessary, including the rap line. He can even change his vocals so that it sounds a lot like the missing person. He's very good at imitating the other members and does it all the time.
I sing it in Korean, learn it phonetically, there are some of their Korean songs I haven't even translated. No need. I LOVE them singing in their native language, especially this song, it's s absolutely beautiful. This is my ultimate favorite song. I'm learning to speak Korean right now and although I'm nowhere close to being fluent, I do try to look up the Romanized lyrics and sing them that way. By doing this, it has actually helped me really remember the words I'm learning.

Personally I sing BTS songs as it is with both how I hear it in Korean with the English lyrics all the while the meaning of the song (in its English translation) floats in my head as the music plays, and I get the best of both worlds. With the beautiful melodies, harmonies and rap styles, it becomes a lot better. Its really an explosion of senses and emotions "interwoven" that makes the experience of listening to BTS amazing, every time.
I know someone already said this but V and Jimin have FRIENDS as their song The lyrics are so cute - about their real friendship 💜 and when I sing BTS songs I sing them off the cuff in Korean as best as I can 🤪 but if I see the lyrics I try to sing them in English …. English is my native language but I listen to BTS in Korean. I don't speak very much Korean but I join in where I can. In my mind I hear the Korean words and see them dancing. If I'm listening in the car I'm doing as many of the moves as it's safe to do while driving so if you're in the UK and see a strange woman doing the moves to Mic Drop etc. you'll know it's me.
I listen to this song if I feel alone or tired and just want to give up. It tells me that I have a shine no matter what and that light in me can help me feel good about myself again. Its funny bec I would raise my arm and wave with the chorus even if Im just alone haha. Also, just a note, the numbers in their photos in the lyric video are their birth years. When its a group pic, 6 13 means their debut year. 😊💜

Did you catch the line about "not stars but people. We shinin"? The view of the crowd, where it's literally just a sea of lights, is why BTS compares ARMY to stars and galaxies so often. From the stage, that's pretty much what ARMY looks like. BTS usually ends their concerts with what they call ARMY time. They sing one of their songs that's a direct message to ARMY and every single ARMY in the crowd holds up s sign with s slogan for the boys to read. Usually messages of love and support. Mikrokosmos is one of those ending songs. And yes, JK has a lot of parts. He's their main vocalist. It's a lot of pressure and a lot of responsibility. He's actually able to sub for each member, if necessary, including the rap line. He can even change his vocals so that it sounds a lot like the missing person. He's very good at imitating the other members and does it all the time.

I LOVE them singing in their native language, especially this song, it's s absolutely beautiful. This is my ultimate favorite song. The first time I heard it, I cried, then I learned the lyrics, and it meant even more. Very special to me. To see the live...phenomenal.

I'm learning to speak Korean right now and although I'm nowhere close to being fluent, I do try to look up the Romanized lyrics and sing them that way. By doing this, it has actually helped me really remember the words I'm learning.

Personally I sing BTS songs as it is with both how I hear it in Korean with the English lyrics all the while the meaning of the song (in its English translation) floats in my head as the music plays, and I get the best of both worlds. With the beautiful melodies, harmonies and rap styles, it becomes a lot better. Its really an explosion of senses and emotions "interwoven" that makes the experience of listening to BTS amazing, every time.
I know someone already said this but V and Jimin have FRIENDS as their song The lyrics are so cute - about their real friendship 💜 and when I sing BTS songs I sing them off the cuff in Korean as best as I can 🤪 but if I see the lyrics I try to sing them in English …. And yes, they don’t seem to fit in English 🤷🏼♀️💜

English is my native language but I listen to BTS in Korean. I don't speak very much Korean but I join in where I can. In my mind I hear the Korean words and see them dancing. If I'm listening in the car I'm doing as many of the moves as it's safe to do while driving so if you're in the UK and see a strange woman doing the moves to Mic Drop etc. you'll know it's me.

I listen to this song if I feel alone or tired and just want to give up. It tells me that I have a shine no matter what and that light in me can help me feel good about myself again. Its funny bec I would raise my arm and wave with the chorus even if Im just alone haha.
