I have wasted so much time trying to change my life, trying to be happy, not making an income, relying on my family, now I'm 42 and if I die at 82 I am already half way through my life. I learned about the "5 Why's" through a nutrition coaching certification I completed a few years ago; however, I never took it seriously enough. Now based on what you shared about going 7 levels deep, I will never shortcut this process again with my clients.

A good friend of mine did this exercise with me and it took me 19 levels to get my why. I was so stuck in my head and all of my answers were surface level. I learned that I am financially insecure.

My God, chill out. More people need to do less and be okay and content being still. So much waste racing around doing NOTHING but making more waste. Be at peace and content. Happiness is not over there, it is here. Be calm and strong, take care of things. Greedy racing around disturbs. Impact the world... sheesh. Smh.
