One question I have is when you goInto apnea do you lift your belly and pelvic floor intentionally or should that be more passive?
My body does not know how to open the rib cage again after exhaling, without inhaling again. Could you explain that a little bit more in detail?
Can you do these while you’re pregnant too??
Is this beneficial for a more prolonged ab separation? I've had mine for 4 years and it's getting worse
Is this safe for fat out of shape over 60 ?
does it work like a vacuum train like you did even for like guys do like me
Will this help with sacral lower back pain ..
When in apnea does it make you feel sick, when I’ve tried it I feel sick
You need to do it with your stomach completely empty. Best time is before breakfast or at least 2-3h after eating or drinking..
