I love the Nyx Bare With Me concealer and I will definitely be picking up this foundation when I repurchase the concealer which is happening soon. I'm out of foundation and almost out of concealer lol.

I may try this one out when my current no-makeup makeup product runs out if I can find a good shade match! I like the finish of it as it looks really natural; not too matte, not too glowy. Hi Steph the blonde is really cute. I would maybe try a smudge root or darker root. It would make your eyes pop. Especially were you love trying things.
I really hope this works on my combo/ dry skin. Looking for the blurring effect on my pores and fine lines more than anything...love the eye look in the outro ,so beautiful as always 💜

I usually don't buy makeup until middle winter or spring so I know I be buying new foundations and already having some things I know I will use regularly not just trendy things reason why I really finish my makeup all the way glad you mention more affordable dupe for the other foundation because foundation can be very expensive for a bottle some don't even come with pump so it might be a keeper for some people trying it out.

I was hesitant to buy it today online at ulta because of the shade descriptions. I had no idea what to go with. And because it said it was a matte finish, which I dont prefer. It looks great on you, and I can go up a shade thanks to your demo

I really like this one. I ordered it. I’m a bit darker than you (light and cool undertone). I think I like this better on you than the L’Oréal one.

I bought the new NYX blur tint foundation as soon as I saw your review last week. I went in with a very small amount using a brush. Omg!!! ❤ it. QUESTION- is the new powder you are using in translucent more of a light tan color? If so, how does it apply? Does it darken your complexion at all? I want to try but I’ve seen other videos and they hate it due to the darker color. Please let me know. Thank you so much.
The Milani Powder is a translucent but sometimes it can oxidize what’s underneath. It doesn’t do it all the time and when it does it doesn’t necessarily look bad. It’s weird, still trying to figure it out.

That's wild how different the Milani mascara is from the thrive because the 1st 9 ingredients are exactly the same with just a few waxes and stuff different at then end. Those waxes must make a huge difference. But like you said things just work differently in people. Like the Maybelline sky high wasn't my favorite and I just couldn't understand what everyone was going on about lol.
LOL and I LOVE that mascara!! But yes, we all experience makeup differently.

Sure! I've used it over their new SPF glow primer and no issues there.

Any thoughts how this compares to the Can't Stop, Won't Stop foundation that NYX has?
I didn't like that foundation. It never wore well on me. This one is the total opposite. Love it!

Hey Steph! Is the consistency of the foundation thick or thin?
It's thicker than a skin tint (serum). It feels just like a regular foundation, but not heavy or thick.

It’s different. More coverage and on me a longer wear time.
Hello brand new subscriber I really enjoy your personality , did you find that powder from Malani to be really dark for a “ translucent “ powder ? I found it really dark tbh more for a Medium to Tan skin tone also I don’t use much powder just in my T Zone for creases and in my experience this Foundation is really picky about what powders it works with, without picking up the Foundation I’ve had this problem with every powder except the Malani one have experienced this at all when using different powders ?
Welcome!! Happy to have you here! I’ve had a few instances with the powder causing oxidation on my under eyes. Particularly with concealers that are lighter than my skin tone. I love the powder in the tzone and still use it for the under eyes but now I’m careful as to which concealed I pair with it.

Glad this worked for you but i hated it on me. I don't think it's good for all skin types. I have dry skin but always moisturize well and use a hydrating primer. This foundation looked horrendous. It dried my skin out and looked so bad. It felt like spackle. I honestly could not wait to take it off. I was so disappointed because i loved the born to glow and tinted skin veil and the bare with with concealer serum is one of my favorites. I don't mind matte as long as it's not drying. This is on me 😔

So I got this and it basically played out as I thought. Every time I saw ppl use this or post photos it looked so dry and unflattering. I got light ivory and beige- mixed them. It is just so matte and doesn’t look good but settles really bad inside my pores which never happens to me. I prefer to use their serum concealer all over versus this. I already de stashed to my sister after less than a week. It just looked too flat and made me feel old. Nyx dropped the ball I don’t see how they couldn’t even tell it looked dry on the models faces in the ad. It just looks make-upy.
I guess I’m upset bc I could’ve spent $35 (2 of them) on something better. Mario foundation or kosas.
