@irismoles9369 yes it was so nice of her to think of us 🥰 and Nigel played with that toy even after filming. Georgie loved his as well. By bedtime we had to collect the new toys up because they were still tearing around the house with them and it would have kept us awake! 😂😺😺

Hello to both of you! John, it's very nice to see you again, and I am so excited to see your new house. And the hotel! Will that be a joint project perhaps? 😃 Good to see Nigel in the sun. Unfortunately we can't really enjoy summer here in North Texas, it's so hot we can literally fry eggs on the sidewalk. The gifts were great, I love the little cup of tea! Also love cats on catnip, lol! I totally enjoyed the video and will be waiting (inside with air conditioning) for the next one! Love to you all...🍳🍳🍳🍳

@Mary-mv2kn hello Mary 👋 I should have explained myself better when I mentioned the diet! In a way, I haven't actually started one. All I'm doing is eating healthier food than I'm used to. And sometimes a little seafood makes a change, amongst other healthy foods 😊 but John also said that about me....I see food and eat it! 😂 and Nigel so loved husband new toy! It made hus day I'm sure 😺

What an enjoyable video! I love it when you receive gifts, so much fun for all of us who love miniatures! I have that seafood plate & it’s exquisite! Everything was lovely & such a very generous gift! Nigel’s reaction to the catnip was precious, I just loved watching him making his cute little sounds of enjoyment! I love ginger cats & hardly any people on utube have cats. Gingers are Tabby cats because of their markings being the same as a grey Tabby. I’ve had four of them over the years, always ginger! 3 boys & one girl, & ginger girls are very rare. Just like calico cats are mostly female.
You have so many doll house projects of your own & I can’t wait to see more! That’s the first time I’ve heard you mention the castle, & your idea of a hotel sounds fabulous & very fitting! I can fully appreciate your visions, as my mind is always fluctuating between my normal reality & my other miniature life! Lol….it keeps it interesting! 😂

I understand where the "tabby" part comes in now. They are like the grey stripy cats, but ginger. And yes, I've always heard that most ginger cats are boys too 🐈 Nigel cuddled the catnip toy for ages after filming! I'm hoping to gradually work through my private houses, but it will all be between everything else...never enough time in the day! XX

More fun gifts! We prefer whole leaf tea to tea bags- it is always better quality as tea bags contain fannings (fine powdery residue from whole leaves). Enjoy your real tea!

@@RichMiniatures Rich, I broke a favourite classic brown teapot when my son was then 17. That Christmas he bought me an English one, a little white one with red teapots on it, and the note inside said "now don't break this one". He is now 56, and I have cherished that teapot through many moves. It is still like new and I enjoy using it.

@bernadettethomas4725 believe me when I say that there would be long gaps of silence if I didn't do most of the talking Bernadette! 😂 John boy has to be "coaxed" to appear on video, and even then, he doesn't like talking much! He's much more "somber" than me, so he wouldn't say much and folk would get bored too quickly 😂😂😂
