Do you listen to music or podcasts while doing this or do you just like the “silence”(vacuum and stuff noises)? 3. What’s your least favorite job to do on a car? Or the most monotonous.

Indeed. Glad I’m not the only one thinking that. Someone above here said it’s the detailers job to fix it, I totally disagree.. remove your crap before I touch your car. That simple. Any adult with a brain can do that
What alot of people dont realize is in a lot of detail shops they only have so many hours to get a car done so they can push as many cars as they can through. So if the worker has to spend a good 45 minutes to just to clean up your trash the worker gets in trouble for taking too long.
Yeah I work at delta sonic and we are on a moving belt so it’s 10 minutes we get to steam and wipe everything down, remove the floor mats and clean them, then vacuum front and back, and we do all windows, plus we add tire shine and most of the cars that come through look like this

Yeah, in CA, you would never bother a detail on a rusty car, because it'll never look better than a soap-and-water wash. A rusty car would have to be 20 years old already and from another state. So it's only got a year left. Makes me wonder if they ever sand-down the paint chips, or daub a lacquer over the rust to keep it from spreading, or from getting bits into the detailing towel.

I get it, we need to remember not everyone's programmed the same. It is what it is
You should really use personal protection equipment when dealing with that amount of "biological waste" especially when using a pressure washer. You don't know how long that blood has been there and what it is possibly contaminated with. Be safe!

Love watching your videos, you need hooks on your walls so you can hang the floor mats and spray them, so the muck and yuck isn't going back on them, also so they can dry quicker!!! :)

When you realize that detailing is his content and UA-cam is his actual job.
Edit: I'm not thankful for the likes.
Actually it's both he gets good money from the cleaning job alone, like good money, and good money from youtube so he gets great money from one video

3 questions:
1. What do you do with the stuff in the car that looks important? Do you just put it in a bag and give it to the owner to sort out?
2. Do you listen to music or podcasts while doing this or do you just like the “silence”(vacuum and stuff noises)?
3. What’s your least favorite job to do on a car? Or the most monotonous.

@@aky115 I've got a Dupray Neat which I think edges the McCulloch out in best steam cleaner for the money, gets a little bit hotter, higher capacity and just overall higher quality, which makes sense since Dupray is a company that JUST deals with steam, where as McCulloch is more known as a gardening tools brand.

I thought I was the only one!
Omg yesss
Big Mood on that one.
As a detailer myself , I would never compete with your work lmaoo . You are insane at what you do keep up the great vids
I don't understand how these people don't clean their cars. You can tell a lot about someone's personality just by looking at their car
Indeed. Glad I’m not the only one thinking that. Someone above here said it’s the detailers job to fix it, I totally disagree.. remove your crap before I touch your car. That simple. Any adult with a brain can do that
Agreed im a teen and I just deep cleaned the inside of my car and dont like automatic carwashes I like to do it my self lol.
Yeah man so if i threw up in my car youd think I was terminally ill. Dont judge a person by his/her car
Imagine how their home looks 😖
@@jennahrashed3819 maybe don't treat your car like a garbage dump, then people won't think your a slob.
What alot of people dont realize is in a lot of detail shops they only have so many hours to get a car done so they can push as many cars as they can through. So if the worker has to spend a good 45 minutes to just to clean up your trash the worker gets in trouble for taking too long.
True, but I doubt our guy here works in anyone's shop. Probably runs his own gig. I mean, 5.29 million views, that's over $15k in ad revenue alone.
Yeah I work at delta sonic and we are on a moving belt so it’s 10 minutes we get to steam and wipe everything down, remove the floor mats and clean them, then vacuum front and back, and we do all windows, plus we add tire shine and most of the cars that come through look like this
Man, I hope you at least charge people extra when they make you clean out personal items! Great video!
With the amount of rust on that vehicle, I'm surprised various parts just didn't fall of during the process of pressure washing.
Most of y’all probably haven’t been up in the rust belt then 😂😂
@@harrisonwolfe9498 that's what I said
You clearly dont know what real Rust is..
Thats surface rust. Not actual rust. Lmao
What it’s a little rust on the back fenders that’s nothin the cab corners aren’t even rotting that truck is solid
Why do people leave trash in their vehicles before getting them detailed?? That's the least they could do....
he can charge more to remove trash or maybe its included in his price. plus it makes for a better transformation for his videos imo. say for instance you pay someone to mow your lawn. would you walk out there and remove rocks and fallen sticks or branches yourself or just let the professional take care of it?
@@jdmzoom if I had trash, ammo and deer parts in my lawn I might

@@beanieweenie9543 its tough to keep a truck clean on a hunting trip. Idk about you but I basically live out of my truck for the weekend and not to mention the mud, dirt, and blood. But I always try to clean it when I get back into town
I’m from Texas and it amazes me how the rust on that truck wasn’t even mentioned once, haha. Just a different world! Great work!
I've picked up a bunch of the tools you use, this past spring and summer is the cleanest my wifes van and my car have been. Getting the bissel next
The Bissel is on my Christmas wishlist. 😱 I see myself using it on the car, my rugs inside the house, spot clean furniture... omg. So many uses. It's a must have that I never knew I needed before watching detail videos!
