Nice. Upon seeing this, I suspect the concept of individualism is not a part of their culture. Thank you for the very relaxing documentary.

How can you cook in the rhubarb leaves? Aren’t they poisonous and toxic ?

How many times have we seen it here? These Europeans eat like kings, even if they are poor farmers. We in the U.S. are the wealthiest country in the world, and our poor have processed food. Lets hear it for the double edged sword of GMO's as well. We created them. The Europeans refuse GMO's. GMO's saved the world from mass starvation. The price is dying younger.🤔🤫😐

There are no poor farmers there, the Faroe Islands have one of the highest GDP per person in Europe, higher than the UK.

@@TheRedBaronHP I said "if" Try some reading comprehension here. I never said the Faroe farmers were poor. It was a generalization on poor farmers in Europe.

Oh I am sure they have processed TV dinner in Faroe Island. But they also have homemade food too. And they also eat dessert. It called moderation.

Heck this family also eat pancakes full of carbs and gluten. It called moderation.

@@tichtran664 Really? How can you be sure? If most of them as we have seen, either trade for staples they can't make or grow, and get the rest from their backyard gardens, fishing, foraging or farms or trading. Why would they eat TV dinners? Most of these I have seen, have a small market at best. No Supermarkets. They might not know what a TV dinner IS. Though it would be hilarious if it were true. I can see it now.... "Okay people, the cameras are gone. Time to eat our crappy TV dinners again...." 😭🤣
