- In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how I made this Sparkly Wafer Paper Snow and White Chocolate "Bark" Cake. I think these techniques are absolutely beautiful and work so well together! I used Wilton and I have used the marshmallow but your right it's a lot of work making the marshmallow and I only made it once that is something you have to make days ahead because of the work you have to go into it.

Amazing techniques. At first I thought the top tier was decorated with sparkles I did not know you could do that with wafer paper. I also love the technique with the chocolate 🍫. Do you ever make sugar flowers 💐? Thank you for sharing and keep on caking 💜
I love sugar flowers, but they take quite a while to make with drying time, so I have moved to more wafer paper. I only have a limited time to make these videos;)

Usé tanto gel para tuberías como crema de mantequilla. La crema de mantequilla funcionó mejor para las piezas más grandes. También puedes usar chocolate derretido.

Typically my cakes are 3 to 4 layers tall. So about 5 to 6 inches. The top cake was a 6" round and the bottom was a 7" round.
is there a substitute for using piping gel? like glucose or corn syrup
I think they should work, but I haven't tried;)

Even with the online lessons still don’t get it right!! . How do I get in touch with you for lessons ? I dnt know how your charges will be , but I dnt mind , I stay in Katy texas .

I so wish that I could help you out in person, but at this point I don't really have a space for in person lessons:( I am in Iowa anyway, so not just around the corner unfortunately:( I do love Texas though! I have even been to Katy before. Do you mean that you have trouble keeping the layers in one cake straight, or when stacking a tiered cake?
