Nice Cover of another Don Felder riff. Felder was a genius when it comes to playing the guitar. The eagles lost out when they dropped him because he was the lead on their greatest hits. The man was pure genius. As for you-very nice. Glad to hear you playing the riffs so well.
Thank you very much for your comment, it is true Don Felder was the soul of the group, but in this song was GlennFrey who played this nice guitarsolo. I have tried to play this solo because I love this song, I don't know if I have managed to at least make it sound like it and thanks again
Hey man! It is Glenn Frey riff, look at The Long Run album and details there, but hey we all move on...Ps. Yes, there was that same blue soul touch, like on that album...
@@JohnDoe-pp7kxThanks for comment, actually was written by band members Timothy B. Schmit, Glenn Frey and Don Henley. Recorded in March 1978, it was the first song finished for the album and the first Eagles song to feature Schmit on lead vocals
You do realize that advertisements cover up one of the best parts of the riff at the end. I've mastered 99% of these solos but I like the little nuances that some artists provide. I can't see yours because it's conveniently covered up by ads even though I've complained to UA-cam for 10 years regarding this practice, they still do it.
Thanks for comment Daniel, This song It was written by band members Timothy B. Schmit, Glenn Frey and Don Henley. The guitar solo, as far as I know, was recorded and played by Don Felder, in fact, there is a video in which you can see the recording of the song in the studio and he is the one who plays it. ua-cam.com/video/Odcn6qk94bs/v-deo.html
@@LearningtoplayguitartogetherThat is true, don plays it in the oficial studio video, though i remember reading somewhere that Glenn is who actually wrote it and played it on the original track, and as he plays keybord too, someone had to play it for the vídeo and felder did it. However, great performance and thank you for sharing it with the tabs. I’ve Been looking for them for months. Is great to share my eagles freakness with someone, as here in Spain is hard to find people that even kwon them. Great video 😁😁
Thanks for comment, are you watching the video in your Phone?. You Can increase the screen with your fingers. In any case i"d send you the tabs if you want
Well, thank you very much for the comment, the truth is that it is not perfect, but if it were, I would surely be part of the Band, and not a humble guitarist, hahahahahaha. Thank you, really.
@@Learningtoplayguitartogetheryou have more talent sir than i do.. even a “talent “ pedal will not help me at all. I thought i share my opinion with you, since you are helping hobbyist like us learn. If you have an eq at the end of the chain, just dialed back anything above 5k. I found it works for me with the tele i had been using
@@Joejoe-nt3gc Thanks for the comment, I'm sure you will learn little by little, just like all of us. It's just a matter of spending hours playing the guitar. I didn't understand very well the equalizer thing above 5k
@@Learningtoplayguitartogether lovely rendition and the tabs were usefull too. I play by ear but have started getting into tabs a bit and as of now yours are helping me with keeping time better. Especially on the bends and vibratos, which are what really make both of these fantastic solos. Also, to interject, I think the guy above meant that he feels that if you use an EQ and cut or reduce all frequencies above 5K Hz, it would sound better and less "icy" and perhaps warmer?
Thank you, really, for your comment, the problem is the backing track that sounds really bad, if they hadn't taken away the recording I made with the original song I'm sure everything would sound better, however it is a video to show how the song is played, the sound is not that of the Eagles of course. 😅
Great solo and the best song in Eagles' history.
Hey thanks for you comment. I totally agree with you, it's great

My favorite part of my favorite Eagles song.
@Robin-xt7yo I could say the same, I'm very happy and thanks for comment
@Learningtoplayguitartogether Do you know if it was glenn or don played on the studio version? I hear conflicting stories about the studio version
Szeretettel GRATULÁLOK 😊

Got it, I think you're right, you can watch again now, I've removed the ad from the next video.
@@Learningtoplayguitartogether Oh yeah, much better! Many thanks.
Great solo, and great tutorial. Thanks for that
Rock on!

That is Timothy B. Schmidt’s song and solo.

Appreciate your effort here, but the tabs are too small-at least on my screen.
