I love my girl so much and deeper each time I hear this song . I’m sure we arent the only couple who says this is our song and we have other songs too but this one really hits home for me . When she showed me this song she gave me a few candy bracelets that had the lyrics on the beads and although since then the beads have faded slightly our love does the opposite. I wish I could disarm her sadness , fear and worries at times better than I do .I don’t have the perfect disarming codes to each and all her heartaches /fears but I will always figure out a way to help find a place for her intelligent /sometimes worrying mind , giving soul, and beautiful heart to get away so the past won’t feel so controlling and as the song suggests absolving her from the weight on her shoulders . I am the Weight too at times but I will never stop showing her I recognize that and I am also the man to lift that off her soul even if it’s countless times I’ll be there the day after infinity to ease her burdens big or small. I’m not here to love her for her all if I’m not here to love her for each and every fall. As the lyrics say . We won’t disappear without a trace cuz in the End we’ve always loved who we really are. From when we met as childhood crushes , till our souls find each other again like we have in past lifetimes and will in future reincarnations we will continue bring each other out of the darkness.
