It seems to me the balancing mechanism is actually based on the front fork instead of a moving gyro inside. At 1:59 you can see the fork turning left and at it's limit failing and the rider realizes and quickly gets down with his foot.

hmmm it is a modified NC750, however does it run in the demo with a combustion engine????
An inwheel-motor in the front hub drives it. The combustion engine is still equipped but it stops due to no emission in the CES hall.
