    The LB's have about a 90% success rate in this drill.

    this drill is so good. if the LB cant touch the rb in that space, hes probably not that good, and if the rb manages to break a guys ankles, hes probably good.

    • @icyyoworld1234
      @icyyoworld1234 8 років тому +7

      that dont mean your not good cause someone can juke you. Even best LBs in Nfl will get juked couple times, everyone will

    • @nesniping6378
      @nesniping6378 8 років тому +8

      But if the LB can't touch him, is it because the RB is too good or the LB is bad, and if the RB can't juke the LB, is it because the LB is too good, or the RB is bad? See? Not a very good drill to measure skill.

    • @eliecermesa4826
      @eliecermesa4826 8 років тому

      LBs in the NFL will get juked by NFL RBs that are very good. and just because the LB is in the nfl doesnt mean hes very good. either way, in this drill you just need to see their technique. if they set a base and wait for the RB, they did it right. if they dont do it right then theyre bad. and if the rb jukes someone who's technique wasn't right, it means that the RB can juke well (not everyone is gonna have perfect technique)

    Some of these ppl are power backs so it's not as fair since it isn't their style

      Mark Jellema I mean if the backer keeps his shoulders square and breaks down properly, he should never lose this drill

      Are you a bigger WR? I play running back and I'm 6"2 I'm a freshman but I can juke and cut really well.

    • @GodSpeed1105
      @GodSpeed1105 8 років тому

      +Chance “Wolfie” Collins he'll no I'm not bigger. 5"10 140lbs. but I have great skills regarding my size.

      megatron #1 Alright nice. I never had a great pair of hands Im good at hitches, curls, slants etc. The quick short passes but I was never good at anything deep. The deepest that I'm good at is wheel routes. I just prefer to pound it up the middle. Can you block corners good?

    This drill honestly is mainly good for linebackers. Rbs only benefit if they practice 1 or 2 cuts and get upfield. Anything more than that is bad habit. And half of em are power backs.

    To make it more interesting and fair they should put a strap or something easy to grab on the back of the runners pants and the defender has to try to grab it to win ;)
