I used it on tacky regular kiss gel strong. And it worked fine. Do not let it dry all the way. It is dip hense the name

Mine says paint rub clean coat done. Green chrome

You need to use a no wipe gel top coat on top of the color

With UV polishes, you need to wipe off the sticky layer after curing with isopropyl alcohol before applying powders or topcoat.

User error.

You can use a sticky base coat and then use a water base topcoat keeps it crome like cause a regular topcoat makes it like regular glitter. I saw a you tuber do it not with this exact brand but with chrome and mermaid powder.

Do you use the light to dry polish

The uv light is to cure the uv polish. The light is no necessary for normal non uv polish
