I run that same setup on my Supercgarged S550 305/19 square Nitto NT01.... great content!!!. Im debating on a ZL1 1LE, or a GT350 with a gen 5 whipple..if I went Chevy it would be to Fran for tuning for sure!!! Keep it up great stuff hopefully Cecil opens soon..
Steve, explain the trans tuning...or get Captain Sarcasm to do it. He took the ZL1 slowly through the gears to 4th then mashed it. He lifted as soon as it shifted into 7th. I'm curious about the process.
Those A&A blowers are pretty impressive I must say with the little 6 rib belt setup. I tuned one on 10psi and super low timing and it made damn near identical power think it made 680whp with the restricter plate installed still. Took the plate/ring out and picked up 4 psi and made damn near 800whp lol Customer said 680whp was enough and reinstalled the plate after

I need cammed LS3 for my 73 TA 💪🏼Won’t happen though so my mild 455 goes high 12 low 13 and will do for now. Ran even with LS2 vette 60-110 Edit: I would love to see the ZL1 and blown LS3 vette in this video race. Would be a great one. From a dig and then from 60 or so. 👌🤘 I saw a procharged LS3 on north Texas street racing I think it’s called that walked from many fast cars. I bet this one runs like that.
I absolutely love a 6 gen Camaro ZL1 1LE. It looks so menacing. I am interested in what the black SS puts down with that F1-A. Did the grey C6 Z06 break numbers. I can't remember what's the highest one. Since ya'll are always breaking the internet.
Wonder how much harder you could squeeze the ls3 if you threw a meth kit on it. My ls3 vette is getting her Novi kit and meth put on very soon i'm hoping to be in the 730-750whp range.
Another great question from me as usual lol. Are the valve covers just for looks or do they serve in some form of performance i.e cooling effects, more clearance or more fittings? The kit comes with a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump and Larger Fuel Injectors. Great Question. Its a great kit. A&A as well as ECS do a great job and both worked with Vortec/Paxtib engineering to get it right. Intercoolers are both different however.

GM engines put out a lot of torque! Stock or modded. Nice numbers on the ZL-1 new cam install and the idle lope sounds great!

The lower gears are real short then 7th if I am correct is the 1:1 ratio, above that is like ODs

Can the lifters fall in if the cam isn’t put in quickly enough?
There are no lifters in the block when the cam is going in...
