Wish y’all did some more Vortech kits. They always seem to perform really well. Would love to see a test from a Billet impeller YSI vs F1A. The YSI should crush it. It has an almost identical flow chart to an F1R I believe.

Here's a question for the RPM viewers. Has there ever been a production vehicle that came with a centrifugal supercharger? I can't think of one, but am genuinely curious.
Yes 35 of the 1967 Shelby GT350’s came with a Paxton centrifugal supercharger from the factory. I believe the Scion Tc also did as well but it was a fail due to too many issues.

Depends...sometimes if it say "hp" after the number, it's crank horsepower. Or if it says "RWHP" or "WHP" then it's rear wheel horsepower. Whatever the driveline lost percentage is, add to "RWHP" number and you get the "HP" number.

Manual C6 GS is a great platform, hand built LS3 with dry sump oiling. Good looking car, too.
Appreciate the commentary at the end about this set up vs HCI 6Cz. I ended up in a GS after debating for a while.

Thats the decision im stuck on, Do I get a Grandsport or a Z06 . If the Z06 came with a targa the decision would be alot easier .

Great video! I'll be putting a supercharger on my 2013 GS next year, but it'll be a positive displacement, not a centrifugal, don't care for those.
I installed a Maggie HB on my C6 Z06, the kit was pretty nice.
I put one on my 13ss as well. Also a BTR stage 2 long tube headers blah blah blah@@scudzuki

Your cam or heads can lower or raise boost.
Boost is just a measure of restriction. I don’t remember pulley off hand.
