- This week on the 00 gauge modern image model railway layout New Junction, We take a closer look at GraffRail, The Professional scale model painting and British Rail design and graffiti related item company.
GraffRail were kind enough to complete a commission for me to a very high standard, giving me the finishing piece for my Pilot sidings.

Right up my street. I've followed Alex's stuff for some time now. Great guy to chat about methods etc. His layering methods are spot on and the graffiti, well superb!.

On the Bedford-Bletchley line, there’s an abandoned GUV van and an abandoned hopper at the Bletchley end...

I probably would have dirtied the the windows and maybe even have broken one or two but overall I think that is brilliant. Clearly a separate argument to be had about vandalism but it is, at the very least, real. Great work

Hi Richard, Great Jon and nice personnel touch to the layout, can’t beat a old coach on your layout that been weathered and rusty and graffiti on it, it reminds me of the days at Bescot, you always had a few on the back line, brilliant and great new addition. 👍Thumbs Up 👍 Bud.

impressive weathering very realistic and detailed but the cards blocking the window view is a good tease on graffrails part but always good to see a reviewing type video

I actually do graffiti transfers as a little sideline out here in Australia.
Guess I should hone my weathering skills too so that i could make something like this.
Although that might take a very long time ...

Fantastic! Love it or hate it graffiti is everywhere on the modern railway, brilliant idea to have that GUV commissioned with the name New Junction on it.
Great work by GraffRail - do they practice on the real things!? Looks very similar to some work done on the line by my place😄

Well, they "uglied" it up nicely! It's hard to say "beautiful" when they have made it looked used, abused and vandalized. lol :)
I cant bring myself to do it so it's best to let a professional have a go
The 'p' in express needs splitting as the letter jumps the gap between the door and the body. (11:48.) The gap between the 'c' and 'e' of parcels is better as it doesn't cross the gap. It could do with a black/darker line though. The roof is rally nice and the graffiti is very good.

Great Weathering! The last mk3 on the virgin set is the wrong way round, the red doors should be by the HST. :)

Hi mate. Really great videos, but there is one thing that bugs me. After the buffet car on the VTEC train, the standard class coaches are reversed from the first class coaches, so the livery with the locomotive units lines up at both ends. Other than that these are some of the best videos on this site. Thanks

AN amazing paint job looks great on your layout richard sets it off a treat good idea to put the name of your layout on the coach love how they have weathered the coach so real looking must of took a few hours to paint that coach with so much high detail on it.

Hi Richard, can I ask if that freight wagon with the graffiti is to stay permanently where you have just located it in the video. I have given it a "Thumbs Up" even though I am not a fan of graffiti on rolling stock. Cheers Greg

Nice startup scene but the mk3 standard class coaches were the wrong way round.
