he wasn't going for authenticity, but holy shit he broke so many rules to making pizza. beans, seaweed, and uncooked mushroom? that crust must have been soggy af.

As a fan of both Italian cuisine and British cuisine I am horrified.
Pizza was peasant food most Italians wouldn't eat, till the royals said it was good. Everyone's an "expert".

putting vodka in the tomato sauce is such an old people thing to do. i once ate at an expensive restaurant aimed towards old rich people and they also kept putting weird things into their dishes, the taste was too strong and weird, my young healthy taste buds couldnt handle that

@@Johanneslol11 Look up "pizza margherita ricetta" or "napoletana" if you want authentic pizza. I prefer "Pizza alla Romana" with just mozzarella, tomato sauce and a crispy yet soft dough

I should try this. I made a sausage gravy pizza (American biscuits and gravy style) which was pretty good. I'd also like to do stew pizza some day. I've already made pizza with carrots and celery on them before. I love pizza and I love to experiment.

due to having so much sauce\moisture on top, the toppings would barely be cooked had he pulled it when the crust was perfect
