To be fair, when you ensare trapped that stairway, you ensnare trapped at an angle which means it has actual height detection. Hitting the slope was probably why they were able to jump over it so easily.
I wonder if you can use the bow to suspend people out of wells. Could be a pretty goofy thing to run in trials

Considering how often getting suspended in pvp means a death sentence, especially when a bow is pointing at you, this thing is basically a primary ammo Witherhoard. This thing could probably completely nullify a bubble in pvp, as the Titan will not be able to refresh their overshield and will have to abandon the bubble or get deleted by a Conditional.
Damn, they really gave a bow the Witherhoard zone control alt-fire. Seems low ceiling rooms are the best places to use the traps, or areas where jumping over the traps is easily punished.
This bow reminds me of what destiny is. Weapons that feel exhilarating! And have subclass synergy.

3:52 he was already in it, the suspension expired and for him to be re-suspended he would've had to walk out of it and then back into it. that's why he just stood in it when you peeked him

You don't have to walk out and back in
There's a cooldown, if he just stays in it he'll get suspended again after like 3 seconds

If it’s doing 182 on a suspended body shot, you should be able to one tap people with lumina buff. Two people with shackle grenades and one having the bow and the other with lumina sounds like a nasty combo.

Yeah it hits 181.332 on the suspended target no matter what part hit lol. It's a 50% buff for pve and the draw time reduction is really good too
Bows are crutches like using truth in Gambit and wardcliff in crucible

You can shoot around corners by bouncing it off the wall and with the upgrade it lasts longer too.

Man doing this on your own is hard af, but I manage to do it with only four deaths
A long range, chunk damage weapon, given an area denial ability making it difficult to close the gap without jumping, which is inherrntly risky due to the AE system. All of that on a weapon that isn't special ammo.

It won't. Other guns like mythoclast have similar perk building but jt doesn't go across rounds
My feeling was correct this bow is basically the Strand version of verglas curve
All I see is trinity ghoul and verglass curves busted cousin ngl it hits like a truck but is punishing if u miss 1 snareweaver arrow guardians need to focus discipline and shackle grenades when abusing this weapon
I feel like this would be more useful in PvE though. I stand corrected after watching this all the way through.

This weapon would honestly be perfect for taking out players in a well. Especially for trials.
Target lock exists, conditional, team shots, stasis, scorch, weaken from void…. So many ways
@blebreton06 you mentioned 1 way to deal with people in a well and that's conditional. The others may occasionally work in 6 mans but not trials.

Be glad it isn’t a 612 draw time. Real bow players may take this for a spin but without a perfect 576 or at worst 612, it will stay in vault during pvp
@blebreton06 it can get down to 612 since it's craftable and with oathkeepers it brings it down more

Can we just talk about how stupidly overpowered bows are in this game? This is a kinetic weapon doing 152 to the head. It's like getting hit by 1 crit/1 body (and then some) from a 120 HC. It is just insane. Combine this with exotics like oathkeeper and you have the cheesiest, easiest, and most toxic builds in the game for PVP. They really need to tune the bow dmg down in PVP big time.
As if i needed more of a reason to avoid PvP this season.
