If this short stalk ( hunting trip ) is anything like the 'up-coming' New Zealand trip, then I'm going to 'glued' to this spot on their return. Good video. ( This seems to be an understatement ) Thanks again, Peter
I absolutely loved this episode. Jason once again with a great hunt. That fella Will seems very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. Loved the steaks at the end. Great show. Well done lads.
Good episode that guy "Will"? seems to know his stuff..270 was much better option for the Sika.Stunning country in the Wicklow hills.Do some more like this!👍
Great footage as always Jason. Can you recommend me a scope for this kind of shooting here in Ireland or in the highlands. I've a tikka t3 would like to match it up with a proper scope for the job
The guy has no clue. Here in Kansas USA we use the .243 on much bigger deer out to 600 yds sometimes further. A .270 is just warming up at that range and the heavy bullet actually performs better at several times that range. That explains why the bullet zipped right through that second tiny deer
