Bro, much respect for jumping in and just building it all like this, but if I was you I would have found a good management company and worked for them for like 6 months and learn a bunch of stuff first. With energy and dedication you can stick through this and push yourself to be successful, but I think you will gain some hard lessons this first 6 months you may have been able to avoid....My two cents. Still I'm rooting for you. Having your mentor is good and will help you. He sounds really sharp. I have about 200 units and manage them myself with a team, so I don't manage for other people but still know a lot on the actual "manage" side. Hit me up if you have any questions.
