soopy v2 is really nice, and better maps is superior compared to dungeon rooms, but you could have both

skytils, skyhanni, ctjs, neu, chatting, dulkir, sba, watersolver (1 cycle water mod), dungeon rooms, soopyv2, essentials, patcher and optifine is what i use

I put a link in the description to a forum page on it, just find the download link then put the file in mods folder

You have to install 1.8.9 forge then most of the mods are on on github or an external platform
