The movement for bringing the area under IWMB only came about after it's formation in 2015. The SC judges should be applauded for seeing through the execution of their decision. The national park area should be completely cleared of all commercial activities, as this is an environmental asset for centuries to come. Business people can do business practically everywhere, national parks should be left undisturbed.
