Thank you for watching our video! Marugame udon is great as it is, but you can change it up a bit like this and enjoy it over and over again! The egg and cod roe udon is one of my favorites. Also, I highly recommend the meat udon ^^
The tempuras were pieces of art! I was like tasting them while you were showing them up, deeeeeeeelicious! Also the beef udon and the tuna onigiri were formidable. Arigatou for giving us options to seasoning the plates, it is nice, Junjiro!

Since Kagawa Prefecture is famous for its udon, many people may go to other udon restaurants because there are many restaurants where they can enjoy cheap and delicious udon. Since there are many Marugame Udon restaurants in Tokyo, many people think of Marugame Udon when they think of a restaurant where they can enjoy cheap and delicious udon :)
We had one branch that just opened last week that is near our house here in the Philippines. I did not know it was a popular restaurant in Japan. Their Beef Ontama Bukkake Udon is soooo good.. we also tried Gyudon and Katsudon and both are equally good..

So excited for this video! We love udon so much. Interesting that you have udon bentos, we only ever had it as a soup. These noodles look sooo much better than anything we get in the U.S. Super jealous we can't be there right now eating some delicious udon. 😋
Thank you for watching our video! Before the pandemic, Marugame Udon was not available for take-out, only in-store dining. Since then, udon bento have been sold. There is one of the places you should visit when you come to Japan because not only the udon but also the tempura is very delicious! ^^
I'm curious about can we eat Udon with other side dishes except tempura, because sometime it's too oily for me. I prefer eat with kamaboko or oden or 煮物 . however I still miss Marukame since it closed down in Thailand.
