I showed How To delete files that cannot be deleted / could not find this item / folder in use cannot delete / folder is not deleting In Windows 11/10/8/7. You try to force delete a file that cannot be deleted in windows and you get an error messages like ''You need permission to perform this action" '' Could not find this item'', ''This is no longer located'', ''folder in use cannot delete windows 10'' and many others. This problem normally occurs as a result of obstruction in windows operation or virus infection.
This was resolved using the CMD PROMPT. I also have another version of this tutorial where I used a third party software ( WINRAR) to resolve this problem. Video Link provided below!!!!

For those to whom this trick won’t work
Try this -
Simply shut down the pc and ‘After Some Time’ when you will start it
You will be able to delete the folder
(Also check if any update is due on your pc , first update your pc then try this)
