I hope you hold a seminar for individuals who want to learn and make it a full-time business one day. I love the concept; one of the problems is worlwide waste; let us help the environment breathe.
Good video. Lump charcoal comes from trees that was cut down from the forest. A constant harvest of those tree can cause deforestation by the cutting down of trees in a large area, or the destruction of forests by people. Eco briquettes comes from a renewable source made of a compacted often brick-shaped mass of usually fine materials like the coconut shells from the coconut trees. The coconut trees will not be cut down.
Thank you so much for taking out time to highlight the difference. In terms of value, indeed while it looks like lump charcoal is cheaper , it is definitely costlier because the same amount of coco charcoal will cook twice the original quantity. And let us consider that a large part of the world is still not game on the bbq idea. Once income increases, demand for charcoal bbq will go up. Evident in the fact that obesity in china is all time high. This is due to eating western. Soon they’d catch up on bbq. How many more trees will be cut to satisfy this hunger with almost 1billion new bbq fans. And they do not have winters like the west. So for all you care, they can bbq all year long. Thats like six times the quantity of charcoal being used at the moment. Coconut and other sustainable barbecue will definitely be the way to go.
Nagsimula na rin akong gumawa ng ecobriqs through manual kasi kasisimula ko palang at wala pa akong pambili ng equipments to process it properly and fasterly
Hi, new subscriber here from Sarangani. I share with you the same advocacy on environmental preservation. Thus, I've just started my backyard briquette production.
Wonderful project. The final product could be “smoke-free”. Just concerned how much the making process would affect the environment since the first step is similar to the lump charcoal making and it takes longer process. Also, Which takes longer to burn? Wood or coconut shell?
I think the point of this, is making use of waste material rather than cutting down from the forest. The burning process is the same without deforestation. These are all well explained in the video.
If they are the same as the first person who made them (he's in Africa), then they they burn for 4-5 time longer than wood, so you are sag a lot more trees!
Mam taga Eastern Samar po ako interested po ako gumawa ng ecobriquettes.. pano po mag start.. san po makakabili ng machines tulad ng grinder ng oling at pang hulma.. thank you po sa pag share.. goodbless
New subscriber here Mam.. napanood ko po story nyo. Nkaka inspire😊 Ask ko po sana Mam Mj kung magakno naging puhunan nyo nang mag start kayo sa ecobriquettes.. Thanks in advance po😊
Very nice ecobriqs briquettes recycle waste that could otherwise end up polluting the environment, they also burn cleaner than firewood, releasing less greenhouse gases. Using briquettes as an alternative energy source reduces wood-cutting that is contributing to deforestation. Rather than The traditional methods of making charcoal lead to high carbon emissions and are a waste of wood resources. Paano mag.franchise sayo ma'am Ng ecobriqs dahil interested po ako Kasi gusto ko talaga makatulong sa pamilya ko para sa wife at mga anak namen at sa mga magulang namen.

Its a very hard nowadays. mostly business and people use gas, gasul and petrolyo. It takes time to be discovered by masses but dont give up there is gold in the waste. tsaga lng pero dapat mong pag araln bro.
Please don't cook using any kind of coal without proper ventilation. Risk of carbon monoxide poisoning is real. In Korea where there is winter, the poor use Yeontan (coal briquettes) to warm their homes. And there are a lot of instances of people dying of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Using wastes materials as back bone by not cutting trees, itll cost a little expensive but can save lives.

Although, the African bloke didn’t make them into bricks like this. He made them into coals.
