  • - To conduct a test run, Place all the files within the same folder.
    - Open the main file, you will notice a custom tab containing a button. Clicking this button will activate UI.
    Here's how it works:
    1. Main Category Selection: I have separately the file based on Main category to ease the process of loading.
    - You can choose the main category by selecting the option buttons. Database document loaded in the background and imports all the data into the listbox.
    - Please note that the maximum number of items that can be included in the list box is 32,768.
    2. Sub Category Filtering: This filter is applied based on the first column of the table in the database.
    - Clicking on an item in the listbox will provides a preview in the box below.
    - Pressing the "Insert" button copies and pastes the questionnaire into the active document.
    - you can double-click to insert the selected option.
    3. Third Filter Option: The third filter option filters based on the second column of the database.
    - both filters are gathered from table dynamically
    4. Dynamic Search: The search box allows you to filter results as you type. It matches your input with the questions column from the database.
    - You can press the "X" button to clear the search.
