Why mine is like weighted?? it shows yellow and when I move a tangent it moves another tangents that is close to it, even if it is no selected

go to create -> curve tool -> Bezier Curves tool(option box )
reset the tool and try after that
if it still doesn't fix you can always reset Maya by renaming the maya folder in the document (e.g. maya_oct, it will leave a backup of files that you might have in it and as you open Maya, Maya will create everything from fresh, also you need to close all maya application to rename it )
