    This is very helpful overall. One question, is there a simple way to edit a single 2D closed curve symmetrically? I'm trying to edit a curve to use as a profile along another curve and would like to do it symmetrically without having to copy and scale by -1 then move and join every time I change something to see the results.

    • @christopher3d475
      @christopher3d475 4 місяці тому

      That's a good question, I'm not sure Blender has symmetry for curves, but I'll check it out.

    I'm having difficulty reading the bezier handles. My handles are only a few pixels thick, making them very hard to read. In your video, your handles are a lot thicker and are much more readable. I set Blender's theme to Light Mode, which didn't help. What setting adjusts this? Is something the add-ons do? Also, I'm using Blender version 2.93. Thanks.
    EDIT: In case anyone else is struggling with hard to read handles, this is what I did:
    I uninstalled 2.93 and installed the latest version and made sure I was using Light Mode. That didn't do anything. I went into Edit > Preferences > Interface > Line Width > Thick. That's made things much more readable.
    It produces an appearance similar to this video.

    • @kchow1879
      @kchow1879 5 місяців тому

      @marcelthevirginian1656, Hi, Regarding the handles thickness, I find that you can adjust the Preferences > Themes > 3D Viewport > Edge Width to make the handles thicker. If you have not find out already.

      IF YOU HAD LOOKED CLOSELY, you would have noticed it was the most current version of Blender at the time I recorded it (3.5 or 3.6) but I was using the BLENDER LIGHT THEME, because bezier curves and curves in general show up better for tutorials than the standard dark theme.
