I'm dealing with a cheap Amazon wireless machine and the battery pack is pulsing unless I put it on 11 volts. Too high to shade

To a certain extent I can see that but a lot of brands mark up the machine or battery just because it has a brand name on it. Having to pay anywhere close to $1,000 for a machine is just insane. It’s a tiny electric motor that probably cost $70 at the MOST.
