This looks great! In UK we have a popular drink called "dandelion & burdock"... but it seems impossible to actually buy fresh burdock anywhere? I'm sure I can figure something out.

We buy ground chicken breast from the market. In our market, it's in the same area as ground turkey, and ground pork. Some places also sell ground chicken that includes the dark meat as well.
