There were better shows even before this show dropped like The Wire, The Sopranos and The Shield, and there are and will be better shows after, like Mr. Robot, maybe Better Call Saul and Succession if they don’t fall off IMO. BB was definitely one of the best though.

However, as for violence, half of a guy's face is blown off, a partially dissolved body falls from the ceiling, a head is chopped off with a machete, and many, many people are shot, sometimes with gory results (remember when Hank shoots one of the cartel twins in the head?). It's not quite Game of Thrones-level of violence, but it's certainly enough to constitute an R rating. Plus, the show is rated Mature, which is certainly TV's equivalent of R.
I'm not saying that no one under the age of 17 should watch it, I'm saying the MPAA would almost certainly give a show with f-bombs, topless women, graphic violence, and heavy drug use an R rating. There's a difference.
In the end Mike was correct in calling him out for his greed and selfish actions that cost him his family, money, legal standing, Hank, and everything in between.
it took me a while to get into breaking bad tbh found the first few series boring but fuck me season 5 is so fucking insane especially with jess so fucking love how his character develops and the sheer shit he fucking goes through is so fucking brutally horrific I think the actor who played did a brilliant job so capture the pain hes been through used to seriously hate his character and was overdramatic with constant "bitch " and the fact he was a pointless stone head however I looking back its due to his upbringing but Walters the main character but jesses the star love the actor who plays him really really well done

It is a good series but I dont think Walter white deserves as a main character. Any way, i am still at season 5 episode 13, i am hoping with a twist of his character and balid explanation why he does those awful acts.
