I'm big on preservation, for old magazines, old movies, old cartoons/shows, old video games, etc. Being AGAINST preservation has never made sense to me, especially from fans who have zero financial stake. Glad to see you doin' well (I hope) Gamester!
I would totally sign up for a subscription service where I could access and read all of the old Nintendo Power issues. I have fond memories of reading Nintendo Power; I remember the first issue that my parents bought me in the Summer of 1988.
i have tons of nintendo powers. me and my brother had a subscription. his went on longer then mine. a few years ago when he got married he gave me his whole collection just to clear space. so i have doubles of about the first 50 issues and then i think i go up to around issue 100 or so. plus all the extra strategy guides and stuff they sent. they take up a entire row in 4 book shelves. i even have the mini one i got from going to the wizard movie which i consider the true first issue
The fact that they are are unwilling, or just don't care about, preserving these old magazines in digital form, is baffling. But that would seem to be Nintendo for you, in this day and age. A small subscription service to be able to go through their archives of Nintendo Power would appease both sides, imo. After that, whoever owns the rights to EGM should definitely do that too. EGM was a great magazine
They need to be reprinted into an annual, maybe in volumes of two-three years at a time. People would go crazy for those!

Nintendo Power and GamePro magazines were my go to in the 90’s. Appreciate you.

Was able to grab them the 2nd or 3rd day the files were up!
I heard about it a little too late and missed my chance.

I’ll put a link in the description, doesn’t put a link
I’ve got the last 6 or so issues of NP, how much could they be worth now? I’m guessing not very much yet.
not very much ever

BTW, I still have the first NP. I bought it when it came our. It's in rough shape, but it sure is a pride to have
They should just give old magazines away for free
torrents have had all nintendo power, gamepro etc for over a decade
Digital makes it easy to delete history. The internet is shrinking.
