DOMS in my abs was so bad at first i was scared i had cancer or some weird disease. You definitely have to ease back into it I really appreciate you guys explanations and honesty. Check out skydio drones, they specialise is A.I. self awareness drones so all you need to do is just power on the drone and set the need. The drone will do thr rest till shutdown.
Dude. I relate... ive been on a calisthenics grind everyday to try to maintain whatever muscle strength as i can... there’s nothing like grinding out reps at the gym, it’s just not the same...

I used to go to the gym but stopped going and im only working my shoulders, neck, biceps with dumbells. My chest on a pullup bar with a backpack and weights in it works exactly the same as benchpress, dips and upperchest pushups. Pullups on pullup bar and triceps with diamond pushups and other heavy bodyweight tricep exercises. Gym apparature is overrated. Look at prison guys they live of calisthenics and they all look like beasts and good shape even better than alot of youtubers
I think calisthenics is so underrated. The progress you make within calisthenics enables you to lift more weights in the gym. So many gym goers love doing lat pull downs and making a point of smashing the weights but can't do a pull up with their own bodyweight.
Louis did an awesome job coordinating the filming while in many shots. Impressive. I have no doubt he will shred that Cov'd waist as you have a solid core. Looking forward to the re-transformation. 👍
I had a gym membership for a while and I have a home gym I decided I am not going to go to the gym at all until the whole situation crisis or whatever this is is done I’m just stocking up on really cool home gym stuff and finishing with all of Mike’s workouts so farI like my progress because it’s not about where you go outside it’s how you treat yourself on the inside
I love how Louis is always sneaking in chocolate pancakes, or a big cup of deep fried chips... then somewhat consistently says "I feel ill, I'm gonna go take a nap" in his other videos :P
I really liked this video because it had Mikes principals and the issues that a more avg Joe face with things like doughnuts etc in trying to be consistent.

Yeah, like Mike I’ve realised home workouts aren’t for me either. You can’t get into the right ‘zone’ like you can in the gym. The atmosphere isn’t right. I’m keeping things ticking over with a band, but, I’m not enjoying it. I’m fortunate that my job’s physical, so it’s still kept me in pretty good shape after a near 5 month gym lay-off!
Gyms in Belfast are already open. I recognise Bannatynes from Louis’s wee workout montage, that’s been open since last Friday. Had a workout there this morning in fact.

Bodyweight creates better looking muscles than weights. Only exercise you need weights for are your neck shoulders and biceps. Diamond pushups, weighted pullup bar pushups, dips, pullups are somuch more effective than the whole gym.
