You might have spelled it wrong as others pointed out but you've nailed the recipe! =)
Just a tip for both caipirinha and caipiroska: try to really grind the lime against the bottom of the glass. It'll help the alcohol get in there and spread the flavors.
Cheers!
I've done this bunches of times, except I don't use sugar/syrups, I use raw honey.
perfect drink for my taste. thx!!
Cara Kitten 🐈 you always make drinks Fun 😬
She is perfect
Here in Brazil we use to call it Caipiroska
Yeah I misspelt it, sorry! Need to come back to Brazil for a refresher 😜
right name is CAIPIROSKA
It is, sorry! Have added a correction in the description.
Sugar cube might be superior here to imitate Caipirinha
Your website is down. I'm missing your old recipes.
Sorry I’ll fix it today! Got a new bank card and keep forgetting haha
I honestly always knew this as a vodka gimlet
Definitely pretty similar to modern gimlets, but originally they were made with lime cordial rather than lime and sugar. Adding the husks also comes from the Caipirinha 😊

I thought the name is caipiroska ?
Yes, it is!
Yep!
Yup. The name is mix of Caipirinha and matrioška (russian doll). Caprioška sound weird to me, but I guess it's passable
What's wrong with you? Caipirinha+roska(russka, russian)=caipiroska
Yes
Isn’t think like a vodka gimlet?
It’s definitely similar to modern gimlets but originally they were made with lime cordial - I usually add lime marmalade to my gimlets for that candied flavour. The husks being included also comes from the Caipirinha 😊

@@BehindtheBar I usually make my own cordial and I know a lot of people expect a vodka in gimlets now that why I asked. Love to check yours out.
some Australian flatness seeping into your vowels ;)
Oh no! Haha
Well, that is okay but still not a Division Bell.
Well, it might be purposely mistaken. And that's sad for sure
No I just forgot the extra ‘I’ 🤦♀️ have added a correction in the description!
You mannaged to spell it wrong twice.
Caipirinha -"inha" + "oska".
