Great, practical tips! Thanks for sharing. I ran the Goofy Challenge this year (2022) and I'm registered for Dopey for 2023. I've run the Marathon there now 9 times and I've been looking forward to Dopey for a long time! I'm super excited and really looking forward to this! Are you doing any races this year?
Great tips! We ran the marathon this year and enjoyed watching the tv in the room to save our feet before. lol I'm nervous about running a half the day before a full but I dream of doing Dopey next year!
Just stumbled upon this and truly appreciated the breakdown and concrete tips for preparation. And hats off to you for doing the full dopey challenge for your first marathon!! 💕
Thanks for such a helpful video! I started training yesterday to speed up my 5k time in prep for Dopey 2022! You gave a lot of great tips I hadn't thought about!
Super helpful! I hope to run my first half marathon this October and I'm a total beginner at running. Can't wait to get better at running and hopefully run a runDisney race in 2022!
Very informative! I did the Fairy Tale Challenge this year and that was a huge goal of mine. Maybe one day for a marathon ... not sure about Dopey. Props to you!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Great video! Do some of the same tips apply to doing the challenge at wine and dine? Or since there’s no full marathon, do I not need to worry about running on tired legs and such. Thanks for a lot of great info! 👍🏻
Thank you! Same tips apply for W&D except your big transition will be from the 10k to the half. Its so hard in the beginning, but running on tired legs is definitely the key to these multi-day challenges!
Great tips for anyone training for any run Disney race! Thank you! I am getting ready for my first princess half in February!

If you're a ultramarathoner... and follow your normal 50 miler training plan would that be sufficient?
@Elaina Cole I appreciate you taking the time to share this valuable information! Thank you so much!
