Yeah, I was planning on a Ralph costume until he send me a picture of his costume before the race, mine didn't even get close to his awesome costume. :-)
Just amazing stuff. I subscribed and just ran your 2020 Marathon video on my Nordictrack with 22" screen. I'm saving many of your videos to my playlist. Thank you so much for this terrific content. For those of us who can't get to Disney for a marathon, this is terrific!
I needed some motivation and stumbled on your video. It was awesome reliving one of the greatest race experiences of my life. Imagine my shock when I saw myself in your video as we ran into Epcot. My wife was surprised as well. Great video.
Wow, that's great that you ended up in the video. 😄 Glad you found my channel. Did you run other races that weekend? I love the Disney runs, can't wait till there will be Disney races again.
Love the recap video, my husband and I where there for the Dopey challenge too and he actually proposed at the finish line! It was the most difficult race I've ever done because of the heat, but still so fun! We have also made many friends through running and love the Run Disney experiences! Thanks for all your videos!
Thanks. Yeah, marathon day was extremely hot, but still so much fun. Did he propose at the half so you were running on clouds for the marathon, or after the marathon so you’d be so delirious from the race you were sure to say yes? 😂😂 just kidding, congratulations. Did you get married yet or are you waiting till the situation in the world settles down? I think a Disney World wedding seems in order here. 😀🥳
Love this video, Awesome finish line pic.. Hoping to do it oneday soon. I did 3 of the 5K Princess Runs worked my way to the 10K but I am thinking the half is too much for me at my age at 67 years. Thankyou for fliming and sharing this video with us. BTW. New subscriber here.
@@RunArnoRun Thankyou very much for those encouraging words. Do you know if there are any older people my age etc. doing the half? Don't know if this is true but I heard some people walked it
@@mangog8277 Yes, there are people your age and older running the half and even the marathon. So you're never too old to run it. I've seen people Run/Walk it, when you walk you need a pretty good pace still to stay in front of the balloon ladies.
@@RunArnoRun Okay so do yoh have any idea how fast the pace is to stay in front of the B ladies? This is good news for me that older people walk it I also saw that some people had a disability athlete sticker in the race. I would love to know how they got it. Because I have bad sciatic nerve pain, don't think I need it bit it is good to know more about it, just in case. T hankyou so much for your reply. I just love watching you guys videos on running these races. Thanks again.
Nani S for the run Disney races a 16 minute per mail pace should be maintained to stay in the race. Of course the closer you are at the start the longer it takes for the balloon ladies to catch up. So if you would be able to start with the disability athletes you will be starting very early. I’m not sure what the requirements are for that, but I’m sure you’ll be able to find information on that on the run Disney website. I love running these races and love making videos about them, so I hope to make some more very soon. 😀😀
Arno great job on the half and what an amazing finishline!!!! Love that you could use that footage from MouseGen!! 💪🏼... love this half so many characters wow hope to do one of the races next year at WDW!!!!
Another great video! I couldn't believe all the characters they had. I should have been at the meetup on Friday and doing the Goofy Challenge but was diagnosed with flu on Thursday, so I was unable to attend the expo. I'm on to training for Star Wars now. Great job and I hope to see you at a future runDisney event!
Haha, very quick one. Photographer gave me the thumbs up and told me he got the shot, so was excited to get the photo. I had never seen the awards either, really wonder what the others are like now.
So cool, that's a very nice medal! Well done, well earned! Also, will you be going to Disneyland Paris run as well this year? That run will be my very first Disneyrun, and it would be cool if I could spot you there. :)
@@RunArnoRun I'll be doing the 36k as well! Although I am unsure of how much actual running will be done on the third day. But I will finish, even if I have to crawl over that finish line. xD Luckily I still have quite a while to train before the actual event.
@@YukasMarvin you have plenty of time to train so you will be fine on that third day. Over the summer I'll be putting up training videos for the 36K challenge and I will have a training schedule for free on my website too if you might need one. September is still far away so building up to that half marathon is totally doable. 👍👍
@@RunArnoRun Yup, I'm training as often as I can! Ill be sure to check out your website for that training schedule. Following along 36K training video's on your channel will be nice too! Can't wait for those.
Yeah I was a bit bummed out about the sound. There was a little bit of wind and the lavalier mic was loose and pointed down most of the time. The extra mic that I had only recorded a short part and turned off by itself. I was having issues for a couple of the races, but managed to salvage most of the sound as best I could.
Dude that looked like a hot one😊Great footage and enjoyed the soundtrack. By the way you got some ups on your heel click jump! That’s some vertical... Have a great day my follicle challenged friend. Talk with you soon. Skinny out!
Hi! I know this is an older video, but I have a question. I am hoping to do my first in person disney run in 2023. Do the pictures come included in the price of the race? Or do you still need to have photo pass? Thank you. Also I love these Disney run videos. I swear I’ve watched like 8 in a row.
The Disney runs are amazing, I'm sure you will love it. The pictures are not included in the race price, you will have to buy a photo pass, they have special race weekend photo passes for that, so you can use it for your race photos, but also everything in the parks.
@@RunArnoRun awesome! Thank you so much! Also are you going to be doing any of the virtual Starwars races? I’m doing the 5k which will be my first race in 4 years.
@@strolldownsouth I've done the Star Wars virtual half marathon each year so far and I signed up this year together with the live races, but now that they are all virtual I cancelled my races. They won't ship the medals to the Netherlands anyways, so it's a lot more hassle and very expensive with shipping. So no virtual Star Wars runs for me this year. :-(
Another epic run, Wreck it Ralph costume knocked it out of the park.

Okashi Ad yeah I can imagine it looks a little different from other corrals.

Thank you so much, I love getting comments like these, that is so great to hear and very motivating for me to keep making videos like these.
I need to work on my times. Looks a lot less stressful up at the front. Awesome recap.
Thanks. Why is it more stressful in the back? Do you mean people are pushing to get to the front or more that people are stressed about running?
RunArnoRun A little bit of both. And just amount of people in some of those tight corridors can get overwhelming. Still an awesome time though.
