Homemade Fruity Pebbles Hand Sanitizer Gel...Kinda

Tried to make 60% alcohol fruity pebble hand sanitizer gel. Instead I ended up with fruity pebble hand sanitizing spray! Whatever! My hands will be clean when I’m out in public, they smell good, and they’re soft! So still winning even if my recipe was off!
