    This is going to definitely be the hardest part of finishing up this bodybuilding cut. The reverse diet is so important because if you just go back to a bulk calorie load, you are going to pack on a lot of fat. By slowly re-introducing calories you are giving yourself , a better shot of putting on good quality muscle, limit the fat mass, slowly ramp up the metabolism, and help out with your hormonal health. I should also start to see my lifting sessions get better each and every week until I am back into a bulk somewhere between 11 to 15 weeks from now, but it’s going to be hard to not give and eat more food than I am allotted to each day. Now that I’ve crossed the finish line and achieved my goal, part of me does want to just take some time off from working out and just go on a “diet break“.
