    I probably had the best night sleep. I’ve had in weeks last night. I slept like a rock! I did my beast up legs workout this morning, and it definitely crushed my legs. Lifting those heavy weights with all the squats and lunges on the harder end of the spectrum.
    Now that the bodybuilding contest prep is over the reverse diet has started with the challenge. This challenge is not going crazy and eating everything in sight. That little voice of my head is trying to tell me to take a week or two off from lifting, eating, healthy, and go ahead and eat whatever I want. I knew that this would be coming once I was done with the bodybuilding contest prep. I have to just keep ignoring this voice and keep full steam ahead with the plan that I have in place.
