I am going to FET this month. My last 2cycles of FET was failed. Nw doctors saying there is no vascularity. I have zone3 vascularity since my treatment started. Is there any treatment to improve vascularity.

Hello sir,, I am Saima from London... I am a very big fan of you... I saw all the videos you made on UA-cam... Unfortunately my IFV treatment is stoped.. I am 35 years old and I have one kid already.. likely we have got 3 blastocysts... But,my lining is not thick enough to transfer .. And they found some fluid in my uterus.... More then 4 months I am waiting for my transfer..but, they are not giving any medicine for that ...I am very worried .. bcz, I am getting old ... What should we do ? Pls give me some advice... Dear Doctor Gudi Would you please answer my question? I am in the US, and I have a small fluid in my endometrial, I did biopsy but it was normal , and no infection and no hydrosipinx. My doctor told me " Fluid due to inflammation (biopsy shows infection) is an issue. In your case, the biopsy was normal so not an issue and it does not affect implantation. Would you please let me know is his opinion correct or not. I will be really appreciate if you answer my question I am really concern about it. Thanks

I have fluid in my endometrial canal ..my lining is normal and I’m Post menopausal I’m starting to spot occasionally with bright red blood. ,I know when I it will bleed i get cramps ...I’ve only spotted twice with bright red blood ..but always have clear spotting ,,I had a transvaginal is that showed the fluid ,,how many times do,you have to spot before worrying...I’m 56

Sir, what do we do if there is fluid in cavity before starting an FET or more commonly seen in an OD/ED cycle. (No hydrosalpinx or infection) Do we drain it before starting estrogen? And how do we decide on the dose of estrogen as u said estrogen can further give rise to fluid in the cavity.
