Wife&myself stayed here.Room was nice,we had a street view.Food in both restaurants was good(I'm a fussy eater)and I always found enough to eat, even tried things I normally wouldn't consider eating. All staff were very nice&friendly. We stayed when it was Spanish holiday season, and we're able to chat a little with spanish guests.I would go back to Crystal Park.
Fantastic review Cristal Park stayed there years ago always remember the pool on roof top, just a little downer was the uphill back to hotel at end of day with worn out kids.
We loved it, only down side was there was no balcony. Food was great. Got talking to a couple on the transfer coach back to the airport and they did nothing but moan about the place and especially criticised the food - we were shocked. Are we easily pleased or are some people way too fussy ?? 🤣
So glad you had a great time here! I think the latter is true of people, not that YOU are too easily pleased.. surely you can always find something to eat at a large hotel buffet?! Thanks for taking the time to comment Pete 😃🏢🇪🇦☀️❤️
Thanks BAB as always a thorough review. What a contrast the bedrooms seemed with the public rooms. I thought downstairs look oppressive and very old fashioned but the bedrooms seemed far more modern. Not sure that this hotel would be for me, but it is interesting that it was so well reviewed especially the friendliness or the staff. I went pass the Robin Hood park about 10 days before Christmas in very warm weather and brilliant sunshine to hear 'I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas' being pumped out on the amplifiers!
Yes, it definitely could benefit from a major renovation, but it seems to have most amenities and a good location, depending on what you're looking for ☀️🏢🇪🇦👍🏻
Hi, I passed here today, and people on the outdoor terrace (outside their British style pub) were smoking, and there were ashtrays on all the tables. In other areas of the hotel, I'm sorry I don't know 🏨🇪🇸☀️
As a solo visitor to benidorm don't think this hotel would suit me, too many families, but I did like the slightly old fashioned public areas, gave it a bit of character.
That's a nice comment Neil.. yes it's a bit old fashioned but with a certain vintage Spanish charm I think.. but better for families than solo travellers or couples x 🇪🇦🙂❤️👍🏻☀️
Hi, I contacted the hotel this morning and they advised they do not have specific "accessible rooms". Also, are you aware the hotel is at the top of quite a long and increasingly steep hill? The public areas look quite open and spacious however. Hope this helps 🤞🏻
@@benidormandbeyond2445 hi aw thank you, she has an electric wheelchair so the hill is no problem. I am a bit worried incase there’s is stairs to get to the roof top and swimming pool, she can do stairs but just not to many. Thank you so much for your help
That sounds like a lot to worry about for you, I do sympathise. Maybe contact them with your booking number and ask the specific questions.. from my recall, there was definitely a lift to the rooftop areas and by law Spanish hotels should have good accessibility.. by rewatching the video I think that once you are in the pool area there IS a direct walkway to the rooftop bar etc.. I hope you have a wonderful time x

I can imagine that hill being the last thing you needed after a full day out Jane! Thanks so much for watching and commenting 🙂❤️👍🏻🏢☀️🇪🇦💟

Hi we are coming in April, my mum is in a wheelchair, is it suitable to get to everything in the hotel? Thanks
