Hi, have a 2016 xtrail the part where you pull up the tray to access the spare wheel, that tray doest stay up keeps falling down how can i fix this

Hi Tom, the jack is in a compartment in the boot behind the left tail light. You will see a hatch that opens and it will be living in there.
