As an expert in Tekken 3 I can tell you that the best thing to do is roll backwards and charge a punch till sparks come out of your hand then perform a stepping right straight. If you've already done a little bit of damage it's pretty much an instant knockout.

same here but for me it was more of a split second thing where I was like "the fuck am I doing here?" Then my brain switched back on and I was like "OH SHIT" panic shot for a takedown... and promptly got knocked out by a knee...

I started a conversation with him and remembered halfway through that, that we were punching each other 5 minutes prior. It got squashed and now we're cool.

I need to loose weight because right now I'm 5'6 and 174 pounds and most of the fighters that weigh 170 pounds are like 5'9 to 6'0. can you make a video on dieting and loosing weight the safe way for a fight. and keep it up, your videos have been helpful and you're the one who inspired me to do Muay Thai.

Just a quick tip, the last thing you want to do is clinch up if they take your back.
You need to relax, breath out and wait for it to loosen up before pushing back too hard, wait for them to finish then turn out of it as they relax.
Just careful not to slip in whats dripping out on exit.

Ex boxer here. One of my trainers use to make us roll our heads in a circle one way then again the other way. We would close our eyes while doing this. After the head rotations we would open our eyes dizzy as fk and start shadow sparring into a mirror. We use to do this every training session as an exercise cool down after training. It helped if we got dazed in a fight. Putting your self in a dizzy state is similar to the effects of being dazed in a fight, so its only logical that when doing it every day you get use to being dazed and so able to defend yourself and even throw punches while in that state.
