Sorry but the video is a bit too old and the minecraft world I used is long gone along with some other sculptures I had there. Had a 3D Saber lion that was so cute...T^T
If you use Paint to lower the size of the pic to 50% and then increase it with 200% (to original size) you get a "nice" pixelated version of the pic. After that you just need some (a lot of) free time. There might be better pixelating tools but that worked.
