I love your videos, as someone who is completely blind, I find cooking fun because I have to use other senses, basically cooking in the dark. I put on a cooking with confidence course for other visually impaired and blind people to get them confident and happy in the kitchen. Reminds me of my dad and how I’m thankful to still have him and my mom in our lives and that I wish I’d see them more since we live so far apart. This was a great video!! Your feed me fast chicken was the first recipe I made from your channel and it was also the first time our family dunes outside on our patio! They loved the dish and dining al fresco! My childhood was very similar only it was my mom who inspired me. I loved being in the kitchen and was allowed to experiment with real tools and ingredients from a very young age. I've mentioned this before but my mother who passed away a couple years ago and I loved watching your father on HGTV when I was in my late teens early twenties. We both loved design and watching shows both beautiful homes and designers. Designers are usually the best match-makers because they have a natural talent for pairing items, fabric and people together.

What a lovely video Beth. My first recipe I learned from my mom is Snickerdoodle cookies, which I still enjoy today. But, I learned by watching my mom and allowed in the kitchen.

Thank you for making this channel - I've always struggled with the timing of cooking meals, so most of my dishes are one-pot or one-pan. You've made it accessible to make multiple dishes and have them all come out at the right time, and it's an absolute miracle.
