This is not realistic for all kids and if your child goes to daycare where several other kids are present there is no way to keep 1 toddler up and put all the others down. Ive got one child who does not nap on the weekends and Monday & Tuesdays she is falling apart all day long. She is begging for a nap by 9 or 930 am, whining, throwing tantrums and hitting. Yesterday she threw a 20 minute crying jag because her shoe came off. She is physically exhausted by the time she comes to my house on Monday. Why? Because mom wants her to sleep by 7 (she picks up by 530). This is the same child that wakes up between 430-6 every morning even when she does not come over and she will not go back to sleep. I've suggested taking her for long walks in the evening, playing outside, wearing her out - I can only do so much in a 10-11 hr day. Now, if you are a SAHM or SAHD by all means go for it - it may just work for you.
My 21 month old has gradually started getting up more frequently during the night. He’s been able to get out of his crib for some time now so we recently transitioned him to a toddler bed. Thinking he would love it and want to stay in it. The more sleep sense videos I watch the more I realize how severely he’s been pushing the boundaries, more books, drink of water etc at bed time and now he’s up 4+ times throughout the night starting around midnight. He shares a room with big brother and wants to sleep with us or brother. We are having so much trouble keeping him in his bed. No matter what we say or how many times we put him back. We’re exhausted! Please help!
My boy is 12 weeks old and his schedule of napping is different every day, because it depends on what time he wakes up in the morning. From whatever time he wakes up he will take naps 90 minutes later. Is this OK or do you suggest a clock schedule?
It's so sad that parents need to have time away from their kids, I love when parents enjoy every second with their kid, as humanity we should make less kids but spend more quality time with them(so maybe when they are adolescents they don't hate us😉)
Are you a parent ?! I wish you review this comment when you have a toddler 😜 she's talking about an hour to hour and half to your self to reset so you have energy to enjoy your time with them! If you're tired you will not enjoy anything, I get your point but the video is about a different point. I wish nobody saw your comment and felt bad about themselves!!

They arent little long, enjoy those snuggles while you can. Primitive mothers always slept holding the children until the child pulls away.

@@mohamedeldemerdash9583 parents should feel bad reading this, so that they can revolutionize the way out society is structured.

Tell Daycare stop forcing 2 yr old to take one 12-230 and won’t go to bed until 11pm -midnight.😡
