- In this video I return to my old prospecting grounds to see what I may have missed. Overtime I've gained more knowledge and skills with my prospecting that enables me to find more gold in places I may have already worked hard. When sniping for gold its easy to overlook some of the smaller cracks in the bedrock and sometimes the largest pieces of gold can be found in those small cracks.

Thanks again for your videos, always enjoy them. And your .64g piece is still better than my biggest I found last summer, at .58g. Hopefully this summer with our high water due to some rains will move gold around and I can find a bigger piece. Look forward to your next video

Man it's this the truth, I've found some really nice nuggets in the smalls of cracks in the bedrock. You sit there and wonder, how in the heck do this gold work it's way into there in the first place!?

I have definitely found nuggets in cracks you would never think would have them. Also found some monsters in vertical cracks

Well done Levi, You got it easy mate, went out the other day and got some gold but damn near killed me, with the heat and hard digging into hard ground and clay material. No water at the dig site but in all it was fun though.

That was a different river. that black basalt wasn't what you are normally in. Still reckon a garrett carrot would save a lot of scratching. you would be able to find the small bits in those crevasses and no signal no need to scratch. I use mine on vibrate. Deaf as a beatle me.
